The Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board (CCSCSB) is inviting quotations for the printing of its Annual Report for the year 2016-17. Interested parties are invited to view a specimen copy of the report at the CCSCSB office between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM on any working day. Quotations for printing 200 copies in both Hindi and English should be submitted in sealed envelopes and received by the office by 2:30 PM on September 15, 2017. The quotations will be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM in the presence of representatives from the submitting parties.

Sub : Quotations for printing of Annual Report of the CCSCSB for the year 2016-17
Sir/Madam
With reference to the above subjects, quotations are invited for printing of 200 copies of Annual Report in Hindi & English. The specimen copy of the Annual Report may be seen in this office between 3.00 pm and 5.30 pm on any working day (from Monday to Friday) before the closing date for receipt of the quotations of this office. Quotations may be sent in sealed cover so as to reach this office by 15.09.2017 (2.30 pm). Quotations will be opened in the presence of the representative of the respective parties on the same day i.e. 15.09.2017 at 3.30 pm in this office.
