QUOTATION NOTICE
Subject: Quotation for purchase of black soil and green grass for repair of cricket pitches.
The Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board (CCSCSB) is a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and works under aegis of Department of Personnel & Training. It is the Central Agency for promotion of Sports & Cultural activities amongst Civil Servants in the Country. The Board also provides various playing and Net practice facility for Cricket at Vinay Marg Sports Complex, Chanakyapuri.
- The Vinay Marg Sports complex has total 2 cricket grounds containing 2 playing cricket pitches and 4 practice pitches. As part of annual maintenance, the pitches are required to be repaired by changing its soil for which the board needs following items:

- In this regard, quotations are invited from all the willing Dealers to quote the rate for the above mentioned items and supply the same to this office by 25/07/2024 in a sealed cover to be submitted on or before 18/07/2024 to Secretary, CCSCSB, Room No. 361, B – Wing, 3rd Floor, Lok Nayak Bhawan, Khan Market, New Delhi – 110003.
- The quotations will be opened by a duly constituted local purchase committee and the contract shall be awarded to the L1 bidder.
