Subject: – Quotation for the renovation of Clay Tennis Courts of CCSCSB.

Sir,
The Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board wants to renovate the following Clay Tennis Courts:

1. Two Courts at Vinay Marg Sports Complex, New Delhi..
2. Two Courts at Bharti Nagar Tennis Centre. New Delhi.
3. Three Courts at Brassey Avenue, Rashtrapati Bhawan, New Delhi.
4. The renovation of Clay Tennis Courts will include:
   a) Removing all loose Moharram by brushing with wire brushes.
   b) Digging all the surface of the Court 1 to 1.5 inch deep, as required and then spreading the same material and leveling. Consolidation by watering and rolling.
   c) Supplying and spreading a fresh layer of Moharram all over the surface and consolidating it by watering and rolling.
   d) Supplying, leveling and spreading a thin layer of filtered Moharram over the entire Court surface, watering and rolling till the Courts are ready for play.
   e) While renovating the Courts the right slope of the Courts is to be ensured so that there is no water logging after the rains.
   f) Removing and fixing of new plastic marking.
   g) Six months warranty to be provided.
   h) Renovation at a venue is to be completed within 25 days.
5. Quotations are invited from the experienced agencies for the renovation of the Clay Tennis Courts on the Agency’s letter head. The quotations should be addressed to the Secretary, CCSCSB and sent in a sealed cover at the above mentioned address latest by 26.09 .2014 by 2.30 P.M. The quotations will be opened at 3.30 P.M on the same date.
