Sub: Quotations for renovation of clay Tennis Courts of CCSCSB.
Sir,
The Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board has the following clay tennis courts which are due for renovation:
- (i) Two courts at Vinay Marg Tennis Centre, New Delhi.
- (ii) Two courts at Bharti Nagar Tennis Centre, New Delhi.
- (iii) Three courts at Brassey Avenue Tennis Centre, New Delhi.
- The renovation work of these tennis courts will include the following work:
- (i) Removing of all loose Moharram by brushing with wire brushes.
- (ii) Digging of surface of the all courts 1 to 15 inch deep, as required and then spreading the same material and levelling by consolidation by watering and rolling.
- (iii) Supplying, levelling and spreading a fresh layer of Moharram all over surface and consolidating it by watering and rolling.
- (iv) Supplying, levelling and spreading of thin layer of filtered Moharram over the entire court surface, watering and rolling till the courts are ready for play.
- (v) Fixing of new permanent plastic marking at all the above tennis courts of CCSCS (Rates to be provided separately).
- (vi) While renovating the courts the right slope of the courts is ensured so that there is no water logging after the rains.
- (vii) Six months of warranty to be provided.
- (viii) Renovation at a venue to be completed within 30 days.
- Quotations are invited for renovation of the above-mentioned clay tennis Courts on Agency’s letter head. The quotations should be addressed to the Secretary, CCSCSB and sent in a sealed cover at the above-mentioned address latest by 15.07.2015.
