Subject: Promotion to the Selection Grade(Deputy Secretary) of CSS on ad-hoc basis – Furnishing of Personal Information
Reference is invited to this Department’s OM of even number dated $27^{\text {th }}$ September, 2012 requesting eligible Under Secretaries of CSS to furnish Personal Information by e-mail in the prescribed format to this Department in connection with promotion to Selection Grade(Deputy Secretary) of CSS on ad-hoc basis. .
2. A few more vacancies in the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) of CSS have become available. Therefore, the next eligible Under Secretaries of CSS whose names figure in the Annexure are requested to furnish Personal information in the enclosed format to the undersigned by e-mail ( both the emails given below) in connection with placement on promotion to the grade of Deputy Secretary on ad-hoc basis:

- All the columns in the format should be duly filled in. In the experience column, the name of the specific Department along with the Ministry should be indicated.
- In response to this Department’s OM dated $27^{\text {th }}$ September, 2012 Personal Information from a few Officers have been received till date. The officers who have not sent their Personal Information earlier are requested to send the same to this Department by 30.10 .2012 to enable us to place their names before Placement Committee.
