Subject: Promotion to the grade of US on adhoc basis reconciliation of vacancy position regarding
In connection with the subject mentioned above, the undersigned is directed to attach the vacancy position as on 1.8.2015 in the grade of Under Secretary in the Ministries/ Departments.
2. Ministries/ Departments are requested to reconcile the vacancy position and bring to the notice of this Department any discrepancy noted urgently at Fax No. 24629414.
3. If no communication is received by 13.7.2015, it will be presumed that the vacancy position indicated is correct. Ministries/Departments are also requested to verify the incumbency position in the web based cadre management system at cscms.nic.in and the vacancy position should match with the web based cadre management system.
