substitute to enable them to avail their regular promotion to Selection Gadre in the CSS. Orders for posting of substitutes will be issued separately.
- The above promotions of officers are subject to final orders in OA No. 1864/2009 filed before the Hon’ble CAT, Kolkata by Ms. Garima Singh Vs. Union of India and Ors. (since transferred to CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi).
