OFFICE ORDER

Consequent upon inclusion of their names in the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) Select Lists of CSS for the year 2010, the following Grade I (Under Secretary) officers of CSS are hereby promoted as Deputy Secretaries of CSS on regular basis from the dates of their assumption of charge and posted to the Ministry/Department mentioned against their names:-

All concerned Ministries/Departments, where the officers are presently working are requested to relieve the officers immediately without waiting for a substitute to enable them to avail their regular promotion to Selection Gadre in the CSS. Orders for posting of substitutes will be issued separately.
  2. The above promotions of officers are subject to final orders in OA No.1864/2009 filed before the Hon’ble CAT, Kolkata by Ms. Garima Singh Vs. Union of India and Ors. (Since transferred to CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi).
