Consequent upon inclusion of their names in the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) Select Lists of CSS for the year 2010, the following Grade I (Under Secretary) officers of CSS are hereby promoted as Deputy Secretaries of CSS on regular basis from the dates of their assumption of charge and posted to the Ministry/Department mentioned against their names:-

- The above promotions of officers are subject to final orders in OA No.1864/2009 filed before the Hon’ble CAT, Kolkata by Ms. Garima Singh Vs. Union of India and Ors. (Since transferred to CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi).
