Sub: Promotion of UDCs of Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS) to the Assistant’s Grade of Central Secretariat Service (CSS) on Ad-hoc basis.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 27th March, 2015 on the above subject. While issuing the promotion orders of the UDCs to the Assistant grade the cadre units may invariably mention that the promotion of the officials figuring in the list would be subject to the outcome/any order passed by the Hon’ble CAT in O.A. No. 794/2015 filed by Shri Kamal Kumar Gupta & Ors before CAT Principal Bench, New Delhi.
