OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: – Promotion of Senior Principal Private Secretary to the post of Principal Staff Officer (PSO) of CSSS for the SL Year 2013. – reg.

The undersigned is directed to say that in connection with the subject mentioned above, the ACRs/APARs, latest Vigilance Clearance and major/minor penalty certificate for the last 10 years in respect of Senior Principal Private Secretaries as indicated in Annexure to this OM may please be furnished to this Department positively by 6.03 .2013 .
2. The cadre units are requested to forward a certificate as prescribed in this Department’s OM No. 21011/1/2005-Estt.(A) (Pt.-II) dt. 14.05.2009 that these APARs have been disclosed to the officers reported upon.
3. In case the ACR/APAR is not available ‘No Report Certificate’ may please be forwarded without further delay. This may be treated as urgent.
