Subject: Promotion of Section Officers of SOSL-2009 of Central Secretariat Service (CSS) to Grade-I (Under Secretary) on ad-hoc basis – Furnishing of CR dossiers, vigilance clearance, personal information, etc.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 26.11 .2018 wherein in para 3 it was requested to furnish fresh vigilance status in respect of those officers whose vigilance status was issued by respective Ministry / Department till 31.10.2018.
2. As per records available, it has been observed that still there are 16 officers as mentioned in Annexure against whom the vigilance status as on date has expired and the fresh vigilance clearance is still awaited.
3. Ministries / Departments concerned are therefore, once again requested to furnish the latest vigilance status in prescribed proforma.
4. All officers concerned, in their own interest, are also requested to pursue with the Administration Division concerned to ensure that the said vigilance status are made available to this Department urgently. The information in prescribed proforma may kindly be sent latest by 19.12.2018.
