The correction specifies that the year should be read as 2016-2017 instead of 2017-2018. It reiterates the deadline for submitting the information in Excel format via email to uscs1-dopt@nic.in by July 31st, 2018, and confirms that there are no changes to the ACR/APAR grading process.

OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Promotion of Section Officers of Central Secretariat Service (CSS) to Grade I (Under Secretary) – Furnishing of CR dossiers, vigilance clearance, personal information, etc.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M of even number dated 3rd July, 2018 on the subject mentioned above and to say that in para 2.2 it may be read as 2016-2017 in the place of 2017-2018 for furnishing CR dossiers containing ACRs / APARs. Accordingly, there is no change in ACRs/APARs gradings to be filled up by the Ministries/Departments in Proforma-II of said O.M. dated 03rd July, 2018 and to be made available in soft copy in Excel Sheet to this Department through e-mail to uscs1-dopt@nic.in latest by 31st July, 2018.
