OFFICE ORDER
Consequent upon his inclusion in the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) Select List of CSS for the year 2010 after review Shri S.K. Ohri, Under Secretary of CSS is hereby promoted as Deputy Secretary of CSS on regular basis and retained in the Ministry of Human Resource Development, against any available vacancy. Shri S.K. Ohri’s name in the Select List of Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) of 2010 shall be placed at SI. No.0-A, above Shri Ram Chander at SI. No.1.
- The above promotion of the officer would be effective from the date of assumption of charge as Deputy Secretary and is subject to the final orders of Hon’ble CAT in OA No.1864/2009 filed before the Hon’ble CAT, Kolkata by Ms. Garima Singh vs. UOI & Ors (since transferred to CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi).
