OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Promotion of PS to PPS grade of CSSS for Select List Year 2013 – calling for deficient ACR/APARs.
In continuation of this Department’s OM of even number dated 19.11.2013 and subsequent reminders dated 01.01 .2014,10.01 .2014,17.01 .2014,27.01 .2014 and 05.02 .2014 wherein cadre units of CSSS were requested to furnish the deficient Vigilance Clearance, Major/Minor penalty certificate, APARs/ACRs and Disclosure certificate in respect of Private Secretaries for preparation of panel for PPS of SLY 2013.
- The requisite information in respect of some PSs, whose names are mentioned in Annexure-I & II to this OM, has not been received in this Department so far. The concerned cadre units as well as the concerned officials are requested to expedite the requisite information.
- In case the ACRs/APARs for any period is not available a “No Report Certificate” may please be forwarded without any further delay.
