Subject: Promotion of Private Secretary of CSSS to the Grade of Principal Private Secretary of CSSS for the SLY 2014- calling for deficient APARs, Vigilance Clearance etc.- reg.

In continuation of this Department’s OM of even number dated $\underline{01.08 .2014}$ and subsequent reminders dated $\mathbf{2 9 . 0 8 . 2 0 1 4}, \mathbf{1 0 . 0 9 . 2 0 1 4}, \mathbf{1 9 . 0 9 . 2 0 1 4} \& \mathbf{3 0 . 0 9 . 2 0 1 4}$ on the subject mentioned above wherein the cadre units of CSSS were requested to furnish the deficient ACRs/APARs, Vigilance Clearance, Major and Minor penalty certificate and Disclosure certificate in respect of Private Secretaries for preparation of panel for PPS of SLY 2014.
2. The requisite information in respect of some PSs, whose names have been mentioned in Annexure to this OM, are yet to be furnished by the concerned cadre units. Since, the proposal for preparation of panel of PPS for Select List Year 2014 is to be sent to UPSC next week, the concerned cadre units as well as the officials concerned are requested to provide the requisite information immediately.
3. In case the ACRs/APARs for any period are not available “No Report Certificate” may please be forwarded without any further delay.
4. Officials concerned are also requested to pursue the matter with the concerned cadre units so that the necessary information reaches this Department immediately. This may, therefore, be given ‘Top Priority’.
