OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject:- Promotion of Personal Assistant (PA) of CSSS to the Private Secretary (PS) Grade of CSSS on ad-hoc basis- reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department O.M. of even number dated 31.3.2011 on the above mentioned subject and to say that if any PA of Select List Year 1991 – 1993 who has declined adhoc promotion to the post of PS on personal grounds or on the ground of not moving out to other cadre Units in compliance of this Department OM NO. 5/21/2010-CS.II dated 30.6.2010 and 31.12.2010, the details of such cases may be furnished immediately so as to enable this Department to take further necessary action. It may be noted that PA of earlier Select Lists of 1991-1993 who have refused adhoc promotion to the post of PS or not moved out to other cadres should not be considered again for adhoc promotion but would be considered for only regular promotion in due course of time.
- Accordingly, All the cadre units are requested to immediately discontinue the adhoc promotion of the PA of earlier Select Lists who have refused to accept adhoc promotion to the post of PS on personal grounds or relieve these officials who have not moved out to other cadres with the direction to join the cadre to which they have been nominated. This may be complied with immediately under intimation to this Department.
- Cadre Units are also requested to expedite the information called for vide this Department O.M of even number dated 13.4.2011 in the prescribed proforma immediately.
