OFFICE ORDER
In partial modification of this Department’s office orders of even number dated 25.08.10 and 06.09.10, consequent upon inclusion in the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) Select List of CSS for the year 2010 (part), Shri N.K. Sharma, Grade I (Under Secretary) of CSS presently working in the Planning Commission is hereby posted to UPSC for promotion as Deputy Secretary of CSS on regular basis.
2. The above promotion is subject to final orders of Hon’ble CAT in OA No.1864/2009 presently pending before the Hon’ble CAT, Kolkata in the matter relating to Ms Garima Singh Vs UOI \& Ors.
