Subject: Promotion of Grade-I (Under Secretary) officers of CSS to the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) on ad-hoc basis—Furnishing of personal information
The undersigned is directed to say that further ad-hoc promotions of officers of Grade-I (Under Secretary) of CSS to the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) are likely to be made shortly. The names of the officers likely to be considered for such promotion are at Annexure-I. The vacancies available are at Annexure-II.
- The officers may furnish their personal particulars in the format at Annexure-III to CS-I Division, Department of Personnel and Training through the Ministry/Department concerned and also by e-mail at parminder.edu@nic.in / psmjayan@gmail.com. The information furnished in the format should tally with the information available in the web based cadre management system. If the information in the web based cadre management system is not up to date, it should first be updated/corrected before submitting the form.

Along with their personal particulars, the officers on deputation may clearly indicate their willingness and the likely date of return from deputation, for availing of the ad-hoc promotion, failing which they will not be considered for promotion and placement.
