OFFICE ORDER
In partial modification of this Department’s Office Order of even number dated the $29^{\text {th }}$ December, 2010, for inclusion in the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) Select Lists of CSS for the year 2010, Shri O.P. Dogra, Under Secretary of CSS is hereby promoted as Deputy Secretary of CSS on regular basis and posted to the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
2. Ministry of Urban Development, where the officer is presently working is requested to relieve the officer immediately without waiting for a substitute to enable him to avail his regular promotion to Selection Grade in the CSS. Orders for posting of substitute will be issued separately.
3. The above promotion of the officer is subject to final orders in OA No.1864/2009 filed before the Hon’ble CAT, Kolkata by Ms. Garima Singh Vs. Union of India and Ors. (since transferred to CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi).
4. Ms. Madhu Sham, Deputy Secretary is transferred from the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment and posted to CVC against on existing vacancy.
