Consequent upon inclusion in the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) Select Lists of CSS for the year 2010, the following Grade I (Under Secretary) officers of CSS are hereby promoted as Deputy Secretaries of CSS on regular basis with effect from the date of assumption of charge on or after 3.01.2011 and posted to the Ministry/Department mentioned against their names:-

Orders for posting of substitutes will be issued separately.3. The above promotions of officers are subject to final orders in OA No. 1864/2009 filed before the Hon’ble CAT, Kolkata by Ms. Garima Singh Vs. Union of India and Ors. (since transferred to CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi).
