Consequent upon his inclusion in the Select List of Grade-I (Under Secretary) of CSS for the year 2011 vide O.M. of even number dated 23.09.2013 and 16.10.2018 and in terms of extant instructions, proforma promotion is granted to the following officer, who is presently on deputation:
