Consequent upon his inclusion in the Select List of Grade-I (Under Secretary) of CSS for the year 2013 vide O.M. of even number dated 23.01.2015 and 17.02.2015 and in terms of extant instructions, proforma promotion is granted to the following officer who is presently on deputation as under:
