ORDER
Consequent upon inclusion of his name in Selection Grade Select List of CSS for the year 2022, vide Order No.4/3/2022-CS.I(D) dated 10.10.2022, proforma promotion is granted – in terms of extant instructions on NBR, to Shri Lakshmi Kanta Halder (CSL No.7224), who is presently working as Deputy Development Commissioner in Falta, SEZ, Kolkata.
2. Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances shall accordingly notify the grant of proforma promotion to the officer, subject to vigilance clearance and other conditions specified in the Order dated 10.10.2022, with effect from 10.10.2022 (AN) i.e. the date on which his junior Shri Raj Kumar (CSL No.7226) has been appointed as Deputy Secretary vide M/o Statistics and Programme Implemention’s Notification No.A-20002/46/2019-Ad.I dated 20.10.2022.
3. The respective borrowing authority may kindly ensure obtaining requisite cadre clearance in accordance with the instructions contained in DoPT OM No.6/8/2009 dated 17.06.2010 and O.M. No.6/8/2009-Estt (Pay II) dated 01.03.2011, in case the services of the officer concerned are intended to be continued beyond 06.02.2023.
