This Office Memorandum details the proforma promotion granted to S.K. Mishra, an officer included in the Select List of Grade-I (Under Secretary) for the year 2012 of the Central Secretariat Service (CSS). The promotion is applicable while he is on deputation to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Guwahati, under the Ministry of Urban Development. The Ministry of Urban Development is requested to officially notify his inclusion in the Select List and the proforma promotion, contingent upon fulfilling the conditions outlined in a previous Office Memorandum dated July 4th, 2014.
