The Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board is seeking quotations for the procurement of wearing kits, track suits, trophies, medals, and mementoes. These items are needed for the organization of All India Civil Services Tournaments, Inter-Ministry tournaments, and other sports and cultural activities for the year 2015-16. Firms are requested to submit their quotations with latest designs and pricing, including all applicable taxes, by June 1st, 2015. A display of items will be arranged for shortlisted firms.

Sir,
Central Civil Services Cultural & Sports Board requires following items in connection with the organization of All India Civil Services Tournaments, Inter-Ministry and other Tournaments in about 19 disciplines of the sports and cultural activities for the year 2015-16(for one year):
i. Playing Kits
ii. Track Suits
iii. Trophies, Medals and Mementoes
- It is requested that kindly send your quotation for item mentioned above in latest shapes & design to the undersigned at the above address before 3.00 pm on 1^{st } June, 2015 for consideration. The firms will thereafter be called for display of their items which should be properly tagged indicating price and name of the firm.
- The price quoted should include all the admissible taxes.
