Ministries and Departments are requested to provide vigilance status and penalty statements for officers included in Annex-I. The tentative list of officers to be considered is attached. The final vigilance status of the officers needs to be furnished to the division.

The undersigned is directed to say that this Department has initiated the process for preparation of Sr. Selection Grade (Director) Select Lists of CSS. The tentative list of officers who are to be considered for inclusion in the Select Lists are at Annex I.
- The Ministries/Departments concerned are requested to furnish the vigilance status/penalty statement of the officers included in Annex-I to AVD-I of this Department under intimation to this Division to enable them to furnish the final vigilance status of the officers.
