OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Preparation of Select List of Grade I (Under Secretary) of the CSS for the year 2015 – Availability of ACRs/APARs – Reg.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 11.09.2015 and subsequent reminders dated 28.09.2015 and 16.10.2015 on the subject mentioned above (uploaded on website www.persmin.nic.in → DoPT → Central Secretariat → CSS → Promotions → Promotion (Regular) → SO to US), and to say that the requisite ACRs/APARs in respect of the officers as mentioned in Annexure to this O.M. have not yet been received.

1. ACRs/APARs up to 2013-14 in respect of the officers, who are in the zone of consideration for USSL 2015, are required for assessment by the DPC conducted by UPSC. Statement of availability of ACRs / APARs in respect of officers who are in the zone of consideration and whose one or more ACRs / APARs in the reckonable period are not made available to this Department is at Annexure to this O.M.

2. Ministries / Departments concerned are once again requested to furnish missing ACRs/APARs as mentioned in the Annexure at the earliest. If for any reason ACR / APAR is not available, No Report Certificate (NRC) should be furnished indicating reasons for non-recording of ACRs / APARs.

3. All Officers concerned, in their own interest, are requested to pursue with the Administration Division concerned to ensure that the said ACRs / APARs in respect of them and not made available are furnished to this Department urgently. This Department seeks active cooperation of all the Ministries / Departments and officers concerned in this regard.
