OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Preparation of Select List of Grade I (Under Secretary) of the CSS for the year 2015 – Fresh vigilance clearance etc. – reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 17.08.2015 and subsequent reminders dated 08.09.2015 and 18.09.2015 on the subject mentioned above (uploaded on website www.persmin.nic.in → DoPT → Central Secretariat → CSS → Promotions → Promotion (Regular) → SO to US), and to say that the requisite information regarding vigilance status, status of imposition of penalty, if any, in respect of the officers as mentioned in Annexure-I has not yet been received.
- In addition to above, CR dossier and other requisite information in respect of the officers as mentioned in Annexure-II has also not yet been received.
- It may be appreciated that this Department will be able to finalize DPC proposal for USSL 2015 only after information in respect of all officers has been received. To avoid any further delay, it is imperative that vigilance clearance, CR dossier and the requisite information is furnished urgently and in any case, latest by 09.10.2015.
