Subject: Preparation of Select List of Grade I (Under Secretary) of the CSS for the year 2013 – reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 31.03.2014 and subsequent reminders dated 30.04.2014, 20.05.2014 and 02.06.2014 on the subject mentioned above (uploaded on web-site www.persmin.nic.in → DoPT → Central Secretariat → CSS → Promotions → Promotion (Regular) → SO to US), and to say that CR dossier, ACR/APAR disclosure certificate, personal information, vigilance status, status of imposition of penalty, if any, in respect of the officers as mentioned at Annexure-I have not yet been received. In respect of officers mentioned at Annexure-II complete information has not been received.
- Ministries/Departments concerned are therefore, once again requested to furnish the information in accordance with this Department’s O.M. dated 31.03.2014 latest by 10.07.2014. It is reiterated that the APAR dossiers will be accepted only if APAR gradings are duly entered in cscms.nic.in
