OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Preparation of panels for Promotion to the post of Sr PPS for the Select List years 2008 & 2009- calling of ACRs etc.
The undersigned is directed to say that ACRs/NRCs alongwith Vigilance Clearance & Major/Minor Penalties for the last 10 years in respect of the Principal Private Secretaries as shown in the Annexure may please be furnished to this Department immediately.
- It may be ensured that the ACRs are upto date and wherever a part of the ACR of the concerned officer is not written or missing due to certain reasons, the same may clearly be shown as “No Report Certificate” in a separate sheet and included in the ACRs.
