Subject: – Preparation of panel of Sr. PPS for the Select List Year 2011 – reg.
The undersigned is directed to say that the ACRs, Vigilance clearance and major/minor penalty certificate for the last 10 years in respect of the PPSs (as per list enclosed in Annexure) are required urgently for preparation of panel of Sr. PPS for the Select List Year 2011.
- The Cadre Units are also requested to examine/complete the ACRs of the above-mentioned CSSS officers in terms of the procedure laid down in this Department’s OM No. 21011/1/2010-Estt.A dated 13.4.2010 with regard to below benchmark ACRs and forward the complete CR dossiers to this Department immediately. Further, the Cadre Units are also requested to forward a certificate that the ACRs/APARs for the reporting periods 2008-09 and 2009-10 have been shown to the concerned officers in terms of DoP&T’s OM No. 21011/1/2005-Estt.(A) (Pt-II) dt. 14.05.2009.
