Subject: Preparation of panel of Principal Private Secretaries (PPS) of CSSS for SLY 2016 – reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated the 11th September, 2018 on the subject mentioned above and to say that this Department has sought Vigilance Clearance and major/minor penalty certificate for the last 10 years of the eligible Private Secretaries for promotion to the grade of Principal Private Secretaries (PPS) of CSSS (SLY 2016).
- All the concerned cadre units are once again requested to provide the required information latest by the deadline indicated in this Department’s OM ibid, positively for further necessary action. The same may also be sent via email: chirabrata.sarkar@nic.in and sumit.k13@nic.in.
- Cadre units may also ensure that ACR/APAR grading of the officers concerned have been sent to this Division, if not, the same may be made available immediately, otherwise in the absence of ACR/APAR, it would be difficult to consider their names for promotion.
