Subject: Preparation of panel for PPS of Select List year 2011 – vigilance clearance etc. reg.
Reference this Department’s O.M. & and D.O. of even number dated 06/01/2012 & 03/02/2012 on the subject mentioned above. The deficient ACRs/NRCs in respect of Private Secretaries of Select List year 2005 are yet to be furnished by the cadre units. It is requested that the following documents may urgently be forwarded to this Division :
i) Deficient ACRs/NRCs upto the year 2009-2010 in respect of PSs of Select List Year 2005 (while sending the ACRs cadre may ensure that instruction as provided in this Departments OM No. 21011/1/2010-Estt.(A) dated 13.4.2010 have been complied with)
ii) Latest Vigilance Clearance & Major/Minor penalty certificate for the last 10 years in respect of PS of Select List Year 2005.
iii) A certificate from the cadre units certifying that the ACRs for the year 20082009 onwards has been shown to the individual concerned and the officer has nothing to represent against the final grading given to him by the Reporting Officer ( in accordance with this Department’s OM No. 21011/1/2005-Estt.(A) (Pt. II) dated 14.5. 2009.
- This may be treated as urgent.
