The Department of Personnel & Training is preparing the Director Select List for 2016. Ministries and departments are requested to verify the data of eligible officers and notify the department of any changes by May 20, 2016. The vigilance status and penalty statements of the officers are also required to be submitted. ACRs/APARs up to 2014-15 will be considered for the preparation of the Select List. Further actions include keeping the APAR dossiers in readiness and furnishing the mandatory training status of the officers.

The undersigned is directed to say that this Department has initiated the process for preparation of Director Select List 2016 of CSS. The tentative list of eligible officers for inclusion in Director Select List 2016 is at Annexure-I.
- Ministries/Departments/Officers concerned are requested to verify the data and bring to the notice of this Department any addition/deletion to the data by 20.05.2016.

The Ministries/Departments concerned are also requested to furnish the vigilance status/penalty statement of the officers (Annex-I) in the prescribed proforma (Annexure-II) to the undersigned at the earliest.
