Preparation of Common Seniority List for UDCs of CSCS (2004-2014)

OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: – Preparation of Common Seniority List (CSL) in the Grade of UDC of CSCS for the Select List Year-2004 to 2014-reg.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 14th January, 2016 followed by reminder dated 3rd February, 2016 vide which the cadre units were requested to prepare the Seniority List of UDCs included in Select List-2004 to 2014 (including officials who have been found fit by DPCs but left the cadre as on date due to various reasons such as retirement, VRS, death, technical resignation etc.) in terms of DoP&T’s O.M. No. 12/1/2015-CS.II(B) dated 30.09.2015 for finalization of Common Seniority List for the Select List Years-2004 to 2014.

A status report in respect of information received till date is annexed herewith (Annexure-I).
The remaining cadre units are, therefore, requested once again to furnish the requisite information latest by 12.02.2016 so the Common Seniority List for years 2004 to 2014 may be finalized.
A copy of the information may also be e-mailed at sarswat.rajesh13@nic.in in MS-Word or MS-Excel form.
