Subject: – Preparation of Common Seniority List (CSL) in the Grade of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) of Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS) for the Select List Years 2009 to 2011 – regarding.

The undersigned is directed to say that the Common Seniority List (CSL) of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) of Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS) for the Select List Years 2009 to 2011 is to be prepared.

  1. The CSCS cadre units are, therefore, requested that the details of all the regular officials holding the posts of LDC may be furnished to this Department as per the following table immediately for preparing the Common Seniority List.
