NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Central Government hereby accords ex-post-facto approval for premature repatriation of Shri Mohammed Shayin, IAS (HY:02), Deputy Commissioner, UT, Chandigarh w.e.f. 28/04/2015. Further, the competent authority has also directed the Ministry of Home Affairs to:
(a) initiate appropriate follow up action against Shri Mohammed Shayin, IAS (HY:02);
(b) submit proposals of premature repatriation for consideration of ACC, wherever required.
