The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Department of Personnel & Training has approved the premature repatriation of Ms. Ruchira Chatterjee, Superintendent of Police (MAC) from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) back to her parent cadre, the Ministry of Railways. This decision was conveyed by the Competent Authority on May 29, 2015. The communication is directed to the Director of the Central Bureau of Investigation and copies are being sent to the Central Vigilance Commissioner, the Railway Board, the Ministry of Home Affairs (Police Division), NIC for website updates, and for internal record keeping.
