In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Odisha and Karnataka, the Central Government hereby accords approval for premature repatriation of Shri D.V. Swamy, IAS (OR:2001) from his inter cadre deputation in Karnataka cadre to his parent cadre Odisha.
