Premature Repatriation of CBI Officers Shri Vishal Chawre and Shri Rajeev Mishra

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the premature repatriation of Shri Vishal Chawre and Shri Rajeev Mishra, both serving in the CBI, to their parent organizations. The repatriation is subject to a condition of “Extended Cooling Off,” which dictates that they will be eligible for another central deputation only after a specified period, which is three years after the completion of their normal deputation tenure.

ORDER

Approval of Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) is hereby conveyed for:
I. pre-mature repatriation of Shri Vishal Chawre, IA\&AS (2010), SP, CBI from CBI to his parent organization with the imposition of the condition of “Extended Cooling Off” as a result of which the officer would be eligible for another Central deputation only after 26.08.2028 (i.e 3 years after the completion of his normal deputation tenure to this post which is up to 26.08 .2025 ).
II. pre-mature repatriation of Shri Rajeev Mishra, IPS (BH:2010), SP, CBI to his parent cadre with the imposition of the condition of “Extended Cooling Off” as a result of which the officer would be eligible for another Central deputation only after 14.01.2028 (i.e 3 years after the completion of his normal deputation tenure to this post which is up to 14.01 .2025 ).
