- The period from 01.10.2013, the date Sh. Lekhan Thakkar, DS (ad-hoc) reported to the cadre on return from deputation, till 20.10.2013, is treated as “compulsory wait” in the Department of Economic Affairs. The Department of Economic Affairs will pay salary etc to the officer for the said period.
