Subject: Posting on promotion to US grade on ad-hoc basis – seeking options regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 15.07.2015 on the subject mentioned above (uploaded on web-site www.persmin.nic.in $\rightarrow$ DoPT $\rightarrow$ Central Secretariat $\rightarrow$ CSS $\rightarrow$ Promotions $\rightarrow$ Promotion (Ad-hoc) $\rightarrow$ SO to US), and to say that the officers as mentioned in Annexure-III of the said O.M., were requested to exercise option or give an undertaking latest by 17.07.2015. The same is awaited from number of officers. It is, therefore, requested that the officers who have not yet submitted their options/ undertaking may submit the same latest by 2.30 PM today itself either at the email address or by FAX as mentioned below.
