- The period, the above officers remained under posting in this Department i.e. from the date of their reporting as Under Secretary (ad-hoc) till issue of this order is treated as ‘Compulsory Wait’ and pay and other allowances for this period will be paid to the officers by the Ministry / Department in which they are now retained / posted.
- Other terms and conditions of promotion to the Grade I (Under Secretary) on ad-hoc basis will remain the same as contained in this Department’s O.M. dated 28.12.2018 and 31.12.2018.
