- Further, Shri Sunil Kumar Singh, Under Secretary while posted in the Department of Expenditure was nominated for pursuing one year Post Graduate Executive Programme in Financial Markets (Part time week-end programme) 2014-15 at NIFM, Faridabad. As part of the course curriculum, the international attachment is scheduled to be held in Singapore from 24.5 .15 to 30.5 .15 . All expenditure towards his journey and stay will be borne by NIFM as part of coursefee and only DSA component and local transport as admissible to Shri S.K.Singh to be borne by M/o. Steel to which he is now posted. The relevant documents in this regard are being sent separately. He may be allowed to join the Ministry of Steel on completion of his international training and salary for this period may also be drawn by M/o. Steel.
