- The period the above officers remained under posting in this Department i.e. from the date of their reporting till issue of this order is treated as ‘Compulsory Wait’ and pay and other allowances for this period will be paid to the officers by the Ministry/ Department to which they are now posted.
- Shri T. Chinsum Naulak, Under Secretary after joining in DOPT remained on Earned Leave from 05.08.2015 to 14.08.2015. He joined duty on 17.08.2015 (15.08.2015 & 16.08.2015 were holidays). The original leave application in respect of Shri T. Chinsum Naulak, Under Secretary is forwarded herewith to Ministry of Health & Family Welfare for making necessary entries in the Service Book and for drawal of leave salary.
- In terms of instructions stipulated in Para 10.2 of DOPT’s O.M. No. 21/2/2009-CS.I(P) dated 16.07.2015 under Rotational Transfer Policy for CSS Officers, no substitute will be provided to Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation for a period of one year from the date of issue of this O.M. in place of Ms. Vinita Talwar, Under Secretary.
