ORDER
Reference is invited to this Department’s Order No. 4/5/2020-CS.I(D) dated 11.12.2020 \& 08.01.2021, vide which officers at the level of Under Secretaries were promoted on ad-hoc basis against the existing vacancies of Deputy Secretaries in the CSS cadre.
2. In pursuance to the above order, it has been decided with the approval of the Competent Authority that the officers whose names appear in the Annexure of this Order are hereby posted as Deputy Secretaries in the Ministry/ Department indicated against their names with immediate effect and until further orders. The officers are hereby directed to report to the allocated Ministry/ Department immediately.
3. The period for which the officers remained under posting in this Department i.e. from date of their joining in CS-I Division till the issue of this order is treated as ‘Compulsory wait’ and the pay and other allowances for this period will be paid to them by the Ministry/Department concerned.
4. A copy of the order may be served on the officers concerned for their information and compliance. Joining Report of the officer should be endorsed to this Department by Ministries/Departments through email (gd.toppo@nic.in) and posting details may be reflected in the Web Based Cadre Management System.
