Subject: Posting of Stenographers Grade ‘D’ of Stenographers Grade ‘C’ \& ‘D’ Examination, 2016 in the cadre units of CSSS – reg.
The undersigned is directed to inform that this Department is in the process of nomination of 69 Stenographers Grade ‘D’ of Stenographers Grade ‘C’ \& ‘D’ Examination, 2016 who are undergoing SDR Foundational Training Programme at ISTM w.e.f. 23^{rd } April, 2018 to 15^{th } June, 2018.
- These Stenographers Grade ‘D’ will be posted to participating Ministries/Departments of CSSS as per the vacancy position be received from the respective cadre units. All the Ministries/Departments concerned are, therefore, requested to furnish the vacancy position in the grade of Stenographers Grade ‘D’ of CSSS in the format at annexed only by e-mail at chirabrata.sarkar@nic.in \& sumit.k13@nic.in by 18^{th } May, 2018 positively.
- In case of no response by stipulated date is received, nomination of Stenographers Grade ‘D’ in that Ministry/Department will be made as per data available in this Department.
