ORDER
Reference is invited to the Training Division’s ID No. 16017/49/2020-iGOT(CBC) dated 19.04.2021 regarding encadrement of newly created posts of Directors (3) and Under Secretaries (6) in CSS for Capacity Building Commission (CBC) under DoPT.
- Whereas, the matter of encadrement of posts in CSS, as a policy matter, is presently under examination. However, in order to address the urgent requirement in CBC, the Competent Authority has decided to post Shri S.K. Choudhary, Under Secretary (CSL No.8488), back from deputation to POSHAN Abhiyan, under Ministry of Women & Child Development and under posting since 01.04.2021, to DOPT, for further attachment to Capacity Building Commission.

Shri S.K. Choudhary is being posted in DOPT subject to adjustment against future vacancy (viz.VRS/retirement/transfer etc.) in the Department or the proposed encadrement of posts, as mentioned in para 1 above, whichever is earlier.
