OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Posting of DR ASOs against the vacant posts of Section Officer regarding.

Reference is invited to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 15.11.2016 and 30.12.2016 whereby 65 and 68 vacant posts of DR-ASOs respectively were adjusted against the posts available in Section Officers’ grade on temporary basis with the approval of the competent authority in terms of GFR-254 as there is an overall shortage in Section Officers’ Grade in various Ministries/Departments of CSS.
2. Now, in addition to the above, 48 posts of Section Officers have been temporarily utilized while posting the ASOs vide order of even number dated 28.02.2017 and the details are given in the Annexure.
3. This is for records and information of all Ministries/Departments of CSS concerned.
