OFFICE ORDER

Consequent upon inclusion in the Selection Grade (Deputy Secretary) Select List of CSS for the year 2007, the following Grade I (Under Secretary) officers of CSS are hereby posted to the Ministry/Department mentioned against their names for promotion as Deputy Secretary of CSS on regular basis:

  1. All concerned Ministries/Departments where the officers are working, are requested to relieve the officer to join Ministry/Department where they have been nominated without waiting for a substitute to enable them avail their regular promotion to Selection Grade of CSS.
  2. The pay and allowances etc. of the officers are to be fixed under FR 22 (1)(a)(i) w.e.f. the date of taking over the charge of Deputy Secretary on regular basis. The officers are, however, eligible for notional fixation of pay w.e.f. $1^{\text {st }}$ July of the Select List Year.
